Our Story

Nemmie began renting a room in her house through AirBnb in 2015, and realized she loved everything about hospitality. One day while walking in her neighborhood she noticed construction at a nearby home. After striking up a conversation with the owner and learning that he was renovating the property for short-term rental, she offered to manage it. He said yes right there on the spot. Since then, Nemmie has expanded to 16 properties in Midtown, Downtown, and the University of Memphis area.

Nemmie’s daughter, Beka, joined the team in 2021, after spending a year working for a vacation rental management company outside the Southgate of Yosemite National Park. Together Nemmie and Beka have 10 years experience in managing vacation rental properties and are excited to expand even more!
